Cultivating Gratitude: Herbs, Foods and Energy Medicine Practice to Align With Fall

We both receive and let go in the Harvest season. Traditionally, we feast together to celebrate and express Gratitude for seasonal bounty and the richness of the Land. And, this is also a time of loss, as the weather changes and many of the plants go dormant as they release their seeds. In this class we will use herbs, foods and Energy Medicine to create stability and strong immunity for the changeability of Autumn. We will use both pungent and sweet flavors to encourage our capacity for inspiration, and in working with the grief of recent losses. Participants will go home with a rekindled connection with these Grand Cycles using daily practices, Gratitude Rituals, and food and herbal recipes to infuse the rich Spirit of the Fall Season.
